• To know the customer preference;
• To know the satisfaction level of the customers;

6. FINDINGS
Employees are agreeing upon upgrading the recruitment and selection process according to the needs.
Employees are facing the issues related with the work environment and less interaction in the organization.
Most of the employees are not satisfies with the current working format of the company.
Uncomfortable work environment and more working hours are the reason for the employees turnover in the company.
There is a need to create Talent Acquisition Department in the organization.
More than 50% of the respondents are thinking about switching their jobs to another company due to the current working culture of the company.
Inviting of new talented employees will help in managing the Man power management in the company.
Interpersonal Relation is necessary to make a good professional bond between the employees and the whole organization.
Mostly the employees in the company are of the ge between 30-41 and above.
Company is facing higher training cost and man power management expenses due to higher recruitment .
There is a lack of finding the higher potential candidates in different sector in recruitment process.
Employees are only trained in once at the time of on boarding .
Employees turnover is higher in this company.
7. LIMITATIONS
• The sample area and the size of the sample is limited due to the time constraint.
• All the observations and recommendations will be made on the basis of feedback from the survey and
company analysis reports.
• Employees (respondents) are reluctant for their feedback & opinions and authenticity of their statements
can’t be verified too.
• This research is limited to one organization.
8. CONCLUSION
From the above study we concluded that Manipal Business Solutions is facing higher rate of employees turnover
form the company. Being static in only one method i.e., Traditional recruitment method as well as traditional
man power management make this scenario of employees turnover happen in a fast pace. As being flexible
according to the time is necessary to grow, similarly changing and upgrading the techniques and method will
help the company to make a goof man power retention in the company.
Talent Acquisition play a vital role in searching the potential candidate for the company for the best
performance similarly adopting the modern and innovative methods of man power management helps in
converting the employee to a long term potential asset for the company.
Understanding the employees needs and wants will help you to provide a good asset and similarly it will help
the employee to get a wishful environment and company to work for.
