Coming to what exactly I have done in these 8 weeks --- these are some important 10 things which I’ve done
After induction, I started with Marketing strategy for IRAYO – Competitor
Culture – flexibility and respect! – No questions asked!!
Sometimes work may get tedious so//its important to work smart
The more smarter u work.. The more you enjoy it doing – sometimes it may take doing… but it’s a sense of accomplishment
I always remember my prof saying …. “Mediocrity should never be encouraged and Excellence shouldn’t be an accident” – I feel striving for excellence keeps you challenging and helps you to work more!
What our profs teach in us in MBA is frameworks and other models which are majorly used to ideate/strategize.. they do teach examples but-- They don’t teach you real-time implementation of the concepts.. In reality I learnt that ideas are always present.. Implementing them is the real challenge!
Intent matters – Here, im talkin about the personal intent.. What do u want to do! Specific to task/career/life .. For everything ur intent at that particular time matters!
Try!! -- After listening to the story of Niswey, Knowiz and Irayo! In a lunch session – what I felt to the heart as a key take away was to TRY! And its fine to fail. If you want to do it then do it!
I was little reluctant to ask help – I used to google it! But here I learnt to ask! You get more info than google sometimes … You can always google it, but Its better to ask
It was my first job/full time intern --- so it was close to my heart! Remains as a best moment forever…..
I started living independently and I enjoyed it – which gave me some perspectives in life…. (u realise importance of all now – relations, friends!)
Introspection! – I had great time introspecting my self and my goals …. Hope I will make it through
The above two learnings – regained or boosted my self confidence!
I will definitely miss this place!
See you all…and Hope I will be back with you all again!
Some things I regret I couldn’t do – is the sales target! – almost all other tasks are checked!! Except that
Weird --- slack!
