• Administrative Function:
1. Provide administrative assistance to the SMO in the management of the
program;
2. Maintain accounts, cash book, bank reconciliation and assist in preparing
reports as per the administrative and financial guidelines of NPSP;
3. Coordinate incoming correspondence, information and data, travel and
general logistics arrangements;

• Technical Responsibilities:
5. Coordinate and provide technical inputs to SMO during NIDs,SNIDs, Mop
Up and EPI activities;

Job Responsibilities
• Monitoring and analyzing the data during house to house.
• Reporting and documentation after monitoring the different activities
in pre-defined formats and providing suggestions to improve the
quality of all activities monitored.

and topics as per provided by NPSP (WHO) time to time.

pockets.
