1-5 FA has Care Team Training open t o any that would like to attend. April 24th @ 1800, 1-5FA BN (7054 Normandy). Please RSVP volunteers
with Barbara Stanley, 785-239-9288 or babs.stanley@us.army.mil. What is care team training? Offer immediate short term support (comfort,
meals, and childcare, transportation and home care assistance as needed), Trained family members who have volunteered to provide care and
support to families, Usually consists of family members from the same battalion or Brigade as the affected Soldier and family, and Can also
assist families of critically wounded Soldiers. If you are interested in being part of this elite group of Volunteers, please sign up!
The Month of the Military Child Festival will be from noon to 3 p.m. April 22 at the Forsyth East Child Development Center. Several activities are
planned.
2. Ware Elementary Kindergarten Round-Up will be at 4 p.m. April 24 at the school, 6795 Thomas Ave. on Custer Hill. Children who are 5 years of

Justin Lofton, NASCAR World Camping Truck Series Driver returns to 1st Brigade!!!! 1HBCT will be hosting a meet and greet with Justin Lofton
and his team on April 19th from 8:30am -11:00am come out and get his autograph, ask questions about racing , etc. For more information, see

3. Devils Den is reopening for dinner hours! Come check out the special meal they have planned for this day! Please see attached flyer; DEVILS
DEN will serve special dinner meal MON 23 APR 12- steak and shrimp ISO re-opening for dinner hours. Dinner meal hours are 1700-1830.

April Funds Custodian Class Added: Due the large number of people already registered for the May Funds Custodian Class, I have decided to
add an April Funds Custodian Class to the schedule. Here is the information: Event Name: Funds Custodian Class Date: Wednesday, April 25,

Fort Riley Outdoor Recreation Update - Fort Riley Marina info: The Fort Riley Marina will open from April 27 to Sept. 3. Operating hours are
from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays and Mondays; and from 7 a.m. to sunset on Saturdays and Sundays. On-site boat and jet ski rentals will be ready

Fort Riley Outdoor Recreation Update - Six items of interest: 1) Kid’s Fishing Day will be from 8 a.m. to Noon April 21 at Moon Lake. Free
admission will be provided for children ages 15 and under. Ages 16 and up are welcome to fish, but they are required to have a Kansas fishing
license. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. Rods and reels are provided for those who do not have them. Bait, tackle, lunch and refreshments
also are provided. No experience is necessary. For more information, call the Fort Riley Conservation Office at 785-239-6211 or the Fort Riley

2) A Family canoe trip will be April 22 beginning at the Outdoor Recreation Center. For more information, call 785-239-2363.

5. 6) Fort Riley has an automated check-in-out system, iSportsman. Staff members will be present to assist with registering in the new iSportsman
system. Individuals wishing to register prior may do so at the Fort Riley iSportsman webpage at www.fortriley.isportsman.net. All persons
recreating in a training area at Fort Riley will use the iSportsman website while accessing Fort Riley. Activities include hunting, fishing, hiking,
canoeing and kayaking, mushroom collecting, fuelwood cutting, biking, horseback riding and other activities. Check-in and Check-out may be
done with any personal device with Internet access or visit the iSportsman Kiosk located at 1st Division and Vinton School roads or visit the
Environmental Division Office, Building 407, during normal business hours. Fort Riley iSportsman is the new standard and must be used by all
persons recreating in a training area at Fort Riley in accordance with FR 210-15. For more information, contact the Environmental Division at
