I am a volunteer with the Irish Therapy Dogs in the Sonas Care centre one day per week for with my

I was secretary for the Dublin 15 Writers Group from 2001 to 2004, where I regularly attended
meetings to help other writers. I also arranged for visiting writers to talk to our group and I
facilitated the meetings. As secretary I kept all records concerning our group and took minutes at all
our business meetings.
I was co-editor on the Dublin 15 writers group Anthology, “Whisperings” in 2002
I worked on a voluntary basis on Blanchardstown Community Radio for the writers programme
“Other Voices” where I recorded and broadcast my own work.
In my spare time, I like to write and I like to boat on the River Shannon with my family and two
dogs.
