A New York-based investment advisor and a managing principal of EG Capital, Norman Gretzinger, JD, offers nearly 20 years of expertise in the domain of corporate mergers and acquisitions. After graduating from the University of Alberta in 1991 with a degree in finance, Norm Gretzinger attended the law school at Columbia University in New York, earning a juris doctor degree in 1994. From there, he worked for Sullivan & Cromwell as a corporate counsel and JP Morgan as an investment banker for nine years collaborating with management teams on multi-million and billion-dollar corporate buyouts, in which roles.
