Phase 3: Celebrate
Always!
• Collect numbers of European Fitness Day participants (you can count the number of participants by giving
a form in the entrance which they have to fill with basic info and then you can use that, as data for potential
new members too). Or you can ask them to put a “like” in your FB page and then you can see the statistics
and see how many people liked you in that day.
• Use the event to get more followers in your social media. You can ask people to share there location in their
FB status and in this way more people will be reached and more potential members can join the event and
apply for membership.
• Share funny stories or something that happened during the event that you find worth to share in media
(send out a press release).
• Publish pictures in your social media during and after event, people always like to see photos of them and
they can afterwards share in their on personal accounts, so that mean more visibility for your organisation.
And if you have a lot of pictures, then you can even share them in the following days to keep people talking
about you and your brand (this is a good way of free publicity).
• Save the date for next year!
