1- Provide a framework for SWOT analyses of cities as regards with
MyData;
2- Connect the MyData with the strategic priorities of cities;
3- Describe possible MyData strategies for cities, as well as for

account the need for mutualization, i.e., common standards,
platforms and tools that can be used across cities.
