8th WORLD WATER FORUM, BRASILIA 2018

8th WORLD WATER FORUM
POLITICAL PROCESS
 Ministerial
 Engage Ministers and high authorities responsible for water and development
issues related to water.
 Parliamentarians
 Provide for a more permanent framework for the engagement of legislators
with the Forum and its results throughout next years.
 Local and Regional Authorities
 Gather cities’ mayors and other sub-national authorities from all over the
world with different experiences and backgrounds
 Judges and Prosecutors (FIRST TIME)
 Provide for an opportunity of enhancing cooperation among magistrates to
share their experiences and approaches to strengthen environmental law and
justice.
