The OECD London Conference 2016-2017 program involved 1,500 students and 60 teachers from 60 experimental schools in 10 provinces. Teachers received a one term intervention training focusing on creativity and critical thinking. The program had positive impacts, improving students' and teachers' perceptions of creativity and critical thinking. Students reported positive responses to new teaching and learning activities, and Thai students showed strong improvement in divergent thinking. The Ministry of Education of Thailand has expanded its support of the program over three years, increasing participating schools to 400 and education supervisors to support national scaling up.

12. Impacts
• The program has positively influenced teachers’ and
students’ perception on creativity and critical thinking
• Teachers have also shown many positive behavioral changes
both inside and outside of classroom, many of these changes
have sustained even when the program ended 1-2 years ago.
• Students had also reported positive responses to the
changes of teaching and learning activities
• Thai students in experimental class had shown strong
improvement in divergent thinking domain of creativity
• Not only can the tools improve the quality outcome but it
can also improve the equitable outcome of the classroom
too.
13. Policy Implication
• The ministry of education has consistently support this OECD
program in the past 3 years, financially and policy support
• The number of schools participated in the extension of the
original program has expanded to 400 schools in 2019
• The the number of education supervisors and super coach
have rapidly increased to support the future scale-up of the
program to the national level in the near future.
• The ministry of education and EEF have both value the
quality over quantity in the scale-up strategy
• Online pedagogical bank has been established and
accumulated rapidly in the past 2 years, 200 pedagogical
activities have been selected and curated in the bank in 2019
