submitted and updated periodically
 An adaptation communication may include:
o Priorities
o Implementation and support needs
o Plans
o Actions (Art7.10)
 Also to inform the aims of the global stocktake
(i.a. To enhance the implementation of
adaptation action, Art 7.14b)
