dispersed and not sufficiently systematised
 Less analysis exists from a regional perspective and a need t
better understand what happens on the ground in EECCA
 A lot of actors active in the region and a number of
initiatives underway

EECCA countries in their efforts to better access
international climate finance sources particularly using
direct access modalities
 How to build on previous work and take advantage of OECD
in-house capacity and knowledge that already exists
