Part-2, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110077 and Petitioner-in-Person in the International Sex Racket matter in Writ Petition
(Criminal) No. 242/2021, Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 137/2021 and Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 42/2023 before Supreme Court
of India.
2. That CPIO Supreme Court of India has not supplied information sought in RTI No. 11130/RTI/22-23/SCI dated 20.02.2023 in
kidnapping, abduction and sexual harassment matter in Review Petition Criminal Diary No. 7153/2023 within stipulated
timeframe of 30 days.
3. Hence, the same information is being sought from the First Appellate Authority of Supreme Court of India within the
stipulated time period of 30 days.
4. That Applicant sought following information under RTI Act 2005:-
a) Why e-filed letter of Urgency highlighting the key factor as age factor of attainment of 18 years of age for consensual sex by
the abducted minor daughter just after two months on 20.05.2023 in Review Petition Criminal Diary No. 7153/2023 vide
transaction ID DLCT2055B2354H196 dated 20.02.2023 has not been diarized even after several reminders by the petitioner to
the Party in Person Filing Counter at Supreme Court of India?
b) Whether Review Petition Criminal Diary No. 7153/2023 will be listed before Hon’ble Court for order immediately, keeping in
mind the attainment 18 years of age for consensual sex by the abducted minor daughter just after two months on 20.05.2023?
c) Whether Review Petition Criminal Diary No. 7153/2023 will be listed before Hon’ble Court for order immediately, keeping in
mind the evil design by Advocates in 18 year old abduction and sexual harassment case “Review Petition Criminal Diary No.
