Sub: Tempering with the evidence of planned murder of petitioner
(W.P.(Crl.) 137/2021-PIL) and continued gang rape of his all
members of family by the nexus of state and mafia -reg.

Sir/Madam,
1. That petitioner is om Prakash S/O Late Deep Narayan
Poddar, age about 47 years, husband of Rina Kumari 44
years and father of Shriya age about 17 years R/O RZF-893,
Netaji Subhash Marg, Raj Nagar Part-2, Palam Colony, New
Delhi-110077 and R/O Asha Deep Niwas, Shukkar Hat,
Sonaili, P.S. Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar-855114
2. That the petitioner was encircled by a team of sex abusers
and international sex racketeers while he was writing a
report from the platform no.01, waiting room of Katihar
railway station on 13th
May 2022 due to disconnection of his
electricity services from his house since 12 years by the
nexus of state, mafia and sex abusers.
3. That petitioner noticed that a minor Bengali girl along with a
middle age lady sat beside the petitioner in waiting room plat
farm no.01 at katihar and minutely monitored his daily diary,
documents and medical prescription related to internal injury
of petitioner dated 12/05/2022.
4. Thereafter minor girl followed petitioner while he was
washing his hands and mouth from the COVID-19 virus
attack and keeping the medical prescription inside the folder
of his diary (CAS WEIGHING INDIA).
5. Thereafter petitioner rushed towards victim sister’s house at
Argara Chowk, Katihar, and noticed that accused sister of
Sadar hospital Katihar was standing on the way of petitioner
for verification purposes.

2. 6. That petitioner had lunch with sister’s house, attended an
interview organized by the sex racketeers through hidden
camera taking his sister’s family as hostage.
7. That the questions being asked to scare/threaten the petitioner
to withdraw himself from rescue operation and generated a
lead for causing harm to the evidence of medical record of
internal injury of petitioner caused to him by a group of sex
abusers on 11th
May 2022 night which is attended by Sadar
Hospital Katihar on 12th
May 2022 vide registration no.2529
at 12:30pm.
8. That Petitioner left his sister’s house at 5:00pm to catch the
train from katihar railway station to sonaili.
9. That the same sex abusers Kedar Paswan R/O sonaili along
with his team of sex abusers thrown bulk amount of dust
particles powder drugs on the petitioner to make him
unconscious to snatch his diary from his hand for
tempering/evading the evidence of murder of petitioner by
the team of doctors and missionaries sisters on 12-05-2022.
10.That this incident took place at the Dandkhora railway
station thereafter the electricity of whole Dandkhora went
off. Petitioner called her sister and informed the same.
11.That the petitioner informed the same to all the nodal
officers of Bihar police and Delhi Police Enquiry officer Mr.
Virender2 appointed by Delhi Police CCTNS Admin against
complaint no. 50000046782203202 dated 12-05-2022 PIS
No.28820336 mobile no. 9013248152.
12.That petitioner again noticed a gang rape of his all family
members at 2:00 AM night on 13th
May 2022 night
organized inside the mill of Arun Dokania, Sonaili, Bubna
Board School, P.S. Kadwa, Katihar.
13.That the petitioner alarmed the same to all nodal officers of
Bihar police and Delhi Police Enquiry officer Mr. Virender2
for police raid and rescue of the victims to hand over.

3. 14.That none came for rescue. Thereafter petitioner rushed
towards Katihar railway station to write a ground zero report
to all central nodal agencies to stop this nonsense of sexual
abuse again for rescued victims.
15.That all agencies including state, social workers, women
commissions, NGOs working in the area of human
trafficking, Child lines, mafias, gangsters, political leaders
and general public have sexually abused the rescued victims
since 6th
Night to till date.
16.That thereafter petitioner noticed the same victim of child
sexual abuse case is being trafficked by a group of sex
racketeers to Jogbani Nepal from Katihar railway station at
around 10:45 am on 14-05-2022.
17.That petitioner kept on ringing 182 for security help while
she was boarded at sonaili katihar train (Telta Exp.) but 182
did not pick up the petitioner’s call on 14-05-2022 at 10:33
am.
18. That petitioner alarmed to all nodal officers of Bihar police
and Delhi Police Enquiry officer Mr. Virender2 for police
raid to rescue and hand over of victims to the petitioner cum
social worker cum father.
19.That on the premises of above facts and circumstances it is
stated that there is a deliberate attempt to encourage human
trafficking, deliberate manifestation of inertia and by
standard apathy towards the victims of human trafficking,
child sexual abuse case by the nexus of state, mafia,
gangsters, political leaders, NGOs, Social Workers, Women
Commissions, Child lines and NCPCR, the situation is
becoming grim day by day and demands for immediate
intervention by the central agencies.
