I hold a PhD in management obtained from Auckland University of Technology (AUT). My PhD thesis, "Conceptualizing and Measuring Employee engagement, and Examining the Antecedents of Leadership Styles and Personality Attributes", aimed at developing a reliable and valid measure of employee engagement, and examining the key factors expected to enhance employees’ levels of engagement at the work place.
