ALIGNMENT: How closely aligned is your messaging with your business strategy? 
We will identify how well your messaging maps to your current go-to-market

marketing materials, your web presence and more. 
RECALL: Is the message you are sending really what your audience hears? The 
report will assess your messaging recall factor by conducting customer surveys 
with customers and prospects. You can use this insight to adjust your messaging 
for optimal comprehension and retention. 
VALUE: Is the value you deliver clear and compelling to your target 
audience? We will identify the value statements most commonly used in corporate 
communication materials and compare these to the customer/prospect 
perceptions and needs captured in our surveys to determine how effectively your 
value resonates with your target.

The Messaging Effectiveness Engagement includes the following critical phases: 
MESSAGING STRATEGY ALIGNMENT SESSION 
Our initial step is to conduct a working session with key members of the leadership 
team to identify and align business strategy and messaging objectives. This 
will serve as a guide for ensuring that the new messaging platform supports the 
desired company business goals. This session enables us to capture:

> Product/service offerings

> Planned growth/decline areas

COMMUNICATIONS AUDIT 
We will perform a thorough audit and assessment of messaging contained 
within corporate communication materials to identify opportunities for improving 
messaging effectiveness. This audit includes a detailed review of: 
> Existing messaging within sales and marketing materials 
> Corporate and sales presentations 
> Current website and social media presence/messaging/content
COMPETITIVE AUDIT 
Analysis of primary competitor messaging is completed to identify opportunities 
for messaging/positioning differentiation. The audit includes a full review and 
report based on messaging contained within: 
> Competitor websites 
> Competitor sales and marketing materials 
> Competitor content marketing assets (e.g. white papers, case studies) 
> Industry analyst and media reports or reviews of competitive products 
CUSTOMER/MARKET PERCEPTIONS SURVEY 
An online survey will be conducted to assess messaging recall and perceptions 
among customers and prospects. The findings from this qualitative survey will 
be included within the final Messaging Effectiveness Report. 
MESSAGING EFFECTIVENESS REPORT AND PRESENTATION 
Produced in just 30 days, the Messaging Effectiveness Report is a cost-effective
