Mattermost est un service de discussion instantanée open source en auto-hébergement. Il est conçu comme un chat interne pour les organisations et les entreprises. Il est présenté comme une alternative à Slack. (https://mattermost.com/) L'objectif de la conférence sera de vous présenter ce couplage entre notre solution de téléphonie existante et cette solution open source pour une communication collaborative. On abordera plusieurs points, du choix d'interface utilisateur, jusqu’à l'architecture et le déploiement d'une telle infrastructure au sein d'une entreprise pour ses besoins de communications.
