Her primary responsibility includes
leading and managing our project
management, design and
production teams in order to ensure
timely and accurate delivery of all
projects.
Krupal's constant efforts towards
improving management processes and
operational efficiencies are on-going and
ever-present. As a CPA by trade, he has
earned a reputation as a leader who
works closely with business management,
owners and employees in order to grow
business through collaboration and
spread the passion for success.
Peter typically lives at the
intersection of marketing and
product development, and is
focused on customer and user
acquisition, activation, retention,
and upsell. He watches how all the
pieces in a customer acquisition
funnel are working together toward
the overall goal of growing a
company. As a result, he's in a
better position to make strategic
adjustments to sales, marketing,
and retention strategies.

6. A print shop is born with two immigrant
parents looking to build a business for
their family. The Gosalia Family began
their first printing shop outside of Boston,
Massachusetts as a small brick and
mortar print shop with the hopes of long
term growth.

supplier you might use. With years of experience and hundreds of thousands of orders
— totaling more than a half billion dollars — under their belt, Optamark production
coordinators have unmatched industry experience. Your dedicated production
coordinator will leave detailed notes in the Optamark order management system to
let you know exactly what’s happening with your orders. You can check the status of
your orders through the system anytime you wish — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Additionally, your production coordinator is available to you by phone or email or rush
orders or special requests. Optamark can assist with your customers when you take a
vacation. You can feel confident that the orders will proceed smoothly and that your

Invoicing
Optamark’s invoicing team will track down the supplier invoice as soon as the
merchandise has shipped and then promptly draft a customer invoice according to
the terms and pricing you’ve set. The draft invoice will be emailed to you for your
review and approval. Once approved by you, the invoicing team will prepare and send
out the final customer invoice.
Accounts Receivable Assistance
You will also have a dedicated accounts receivable coordinator to assist you with the
timely payment of your customers’ invoices.
