Instructions on how to add a new member to our free toast hoast website and send a welcome e-mail.
Online access is for Club President, VP Membership, and Club Secretary

How To Add A New Member In
OUAT Free Toast Host
2. Permissions
The below officers have access to add members to
the Orange Upon A Time Website and send welcome
messages:
Club President
VP Membership
Club Secretary
5. Enter your E-mail or Name, select your name,
and then enter your password.
6. Your first time?
If this is your first time logging in to our website, or
if you forgot your password, just select your name
and click "Authenticate / Login" without entering in
a password. An authentication link will be e-mailed
to you.
You will then be prompted to reset your password.
7. Review the “Members Only” Section
The “Members
Only” section
gives access to the
parts of the site
that you as a
member and
officer can review.
9. You will then be navigated to the Membership
Management page.
10. Move to Members List
You can move members from the “Guest” or
“Prospects” tab to the “Members” tab by the
following:
Check the box next to the person’s name.
Select “Move To Members List” from the dropdown
menu.
12. Quick Add Directly To Members List
If the member hasn’t been entered as a guest or
prospect, you can add them directly to the members
list by selecting the, “Quick Add” tab.
Simply enter each person's name followed by their
e-mail address, then phone number (optional), each
part separated by a space.
One entry per line. Make sure phone numbers
*do not contain any spaces*, and contain at
least 3 digits. Example: William Patonkis,
DTM bill@email.com 212-555-1234.
14. Once the information is entered, click, “Save.”
You should get a message which reads, “Success!
Information updated. Continue to edit
membership info or close window.”
16. Action Completed
You will now see the new member’s information
under the “Member” tab.
17. New Member Added…… What Next?
Following these steps will ensure your new members
will receive e-blasts from the club.
To send the new member a welcome e-mail,
complete the following steps.
18. Send a Welcome E-mail To New Members
On the “Members” tab, check the box next to the
name of the new member(s) you want to send the
welcome e-mail to.
Scroll to the top of the “Members” tab.
On the drop down menu, select , “Send New Member
Welcome”.
20. Send a Welcome E-mail To New Members
The pop up box will show the names of the members
to whom you are sending welcome messages.
Click, “OK,” to continue.
21. Send a Welcome E-mail To New Members
When you click, “OK,” you should get a message
saying, “Success! Welcome messages sent.
