3. About Us
We are a family run business started over 10 years ago. Our business has
developed with changing times in the lighting field now supplying the latest and
unique designs in the LED market.
We have developed strong ties with excellent manufacturers that gives us an
ability to supply both unique and custom made products for a wide variety of LED
lighting applications.
Our team is committed to giving a personal, friendly and knowledgeable service.
We strive on quality and innovation. Our team is consistently looking to develop
new LED innovative products with the latest technology.
4. What is an LED?
LEDs are just tiny light bulbs that fit easily into an electrical
circuit. But unlike ordinary incandescent bulbs, they don't
have a filament that will burn out, and they don't get
especially hot. They are illuminated solely by the movement
of electrons in a semiconductor material, and they last just as
long as a standard transistor. The lifespan of an LED
surpasses the short life of an incandescent bulb by
thousands of hours.
LED bulbs differ from traditional incandescent bulbs in the
way they produce light. While old-fashioned incandescent
light bulbs passed electricity through a filament, LEDs
produce light through the use of a semi-conductor that emits
light energy when an electrical current is passed through it.
This way of producing light is also different from regular
energy-saver bulbs, which pass energy through mercury
vapour to create UV light. This is then absorbed by a
phosphor coating inside the lamp, causing it to glow.
11. Solar LED Lighting
Why Solar ?
• Zero energy costs
• Virtually maintenance free
• Option to feed electricity into
the grid to earn money from a
solar lighting installation
• No requirement to change LED
lamps
• Very long operating life
• Environmentally friendly
12. Current Solar Projects
LED Street Lighting
Our range of Solar LED Street lighting fixtures
are produced in the EU with quality parts and
components from the UK, Germany and
Bulgaria.
We currently offer two models:
• Standard solar operated LED street lighting
• Smart Solar LED Street lighting (Feeds solar
energy back into the electricity grid when
the battery for the light is fully charged).
13. Current Solar Projects
LED Kerbs & LED Road Studs
Using the sun’s energy to provide a lit roadway
increases safety with zero energy cost.
Our range of LED road studs have a built in
solar panel that provides 100 hours of
illumination from a single full charge.
Our LED Kerbs come in a range of colours, with
a large number of blocks able to run from a
centrally located single solar panel.
14. Company Stats
• Combined 45 years experience in the lighting and
electrical industry
• Team of experts in the lighting industry for export
markets
• $1,200,000 turnover on lighting products only
• Leading supplier for the UK Market
• Robust export logistics knowledge
• Experienced Sales & Marketing Team
15. What are the advantages of LED lights?
LED lights have a variety of advantages over other light sources:
• High-levels of brightness and intensity
• High-efficiency
• Low-voltage and current requirements
• Low radiated heat
• High reliability (resistant to shock and vibration)
• No UV Rays
• Long source life
• Low maintenance
16. LED Lamp Life
The average life expectancy for a high quality LED lamp is 30,000 hours, compared to a
standard type incandescent light bulb at 1,000 hours or a halogen type lamp at 2,000 hours.

17. How much energy can you save by switching to LED fixtures?
Example based on a single light over a 1 year period
Standard halogen fixture
Wattage: 50 watts
Lumen output: 450-500 Lumens
Burning Hours per day: 8 Hours
Energy cost per year $205.20
Equivalent LED light fitting
Wattage: 9 watts
Lumen output: 450-500 Lumens
Burning hours per day: 8 Hours
Energy cost per year: $37.05
The Figure above does not allow for the cost of replacement halogen lamps over the lifetime of
the LED. LED average life 30,000 hours, halogen lamp average life 2,000 hours.
*cost based on UK standard electricity tariff Jan 2016
18. What does this mean?
• You will save $168.15 per fitting per year in energy costs.
• Multiply this figure by the number of lights you have.
• And how many halogen or incandescent lamps you replace each year?
• The potential cost savings are massive.
