products within cost, schedule, and resource constraints. Giving the skills to
ensure the projects are completed on time and on budget while giving the user
the product they expect. This usually is a source of gaining a strong working

for financing transportation projects for the Egypt and UAE that will need the
same allocations re local manufactures, assembly facilities, resources,
manpower to meet the customer specs, expectations and due dates within the
agreed upon budget and finance.
