I. ESTATE AGENCY: We help our customers to secure lively and habitable homes with high
facilities for comfort and tranquility. We also consider the environment and atmospheric
condition knowing that it contributes to shaping its inhabitants. Our customers’ decision

II. PROPERTY/FACILITY MANAGEMENT: Too many buildings or constructions are suffering
from “wears and Tears” as a result of the negligence or lack of information on the side
of property owners. This is the reason why you would see a 3 year old building looking
10 years old because of inappropriate careless maintenances. For a well developed
building or under developed projects to remain in its tenantable condition
comparatively Current Net Rack Rental Value (CNRRV) of similar property in the open
market, there must be an instant, proper and daily supervision for maintenance and
sustainability. We also get involved in mobilizing reasonable tenants in occupying the
house to avoid “Null” and “Void”.
