Recommendations:
1.) Sec 58 “Classification and Rules Governing Leave
Privileges” It is suggested that the conditions as well as the
specific procedure in taking advantage of these leave
privileges should be embodied in the same Section.
2.) Article 23 “Compensation and Leave Privileges” Let us
integrate E.O. 201 being the most recent law for salary
standardization.
3.) The title of the statute, R.A.9718, should be indicated in
the manual.
