I have completed the Graduate program of Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion Program (2015-2016), at Centennial College in Scarboro. I have to say as a 'relauncher' to the workplace, studying to apply my skills to new possibilities in the workplace was one of the most amazing experiences I have had to date. I have learned about current wellness trends, best practices and models for health behaviour change and maintenance.
