If I had to choose, I would like to research the effects of velocity based
training (VBT) on athletic performance. I think Dr. Bryan Mann’s work on the
subject is fascinating and very applicable to the field of sports performance
My professional presentation experience is pretty limited. Discussing in-
season and off-season training programs with the sport coaches I work with is
about as extensive as my resume gets in that aspect
I expect to learn how to determine if a publication holds any real merit, and
how to optimally absorb information from those that do
