use it right and land faster!

2. Tip 1: Email is Free, create a new one!
Pick a name related to the job you want:
* Example: JohntheAccountant@gmail.com
Recipients will see you are passionate about your career!

3. (psst...if you have more than one specialty...
create multiple email addresses and have them all forward
to one job search inbox!)

4. Tip 2: De-Organize
Searching email is as easy as searching Google!
Stop creating multiple folders.
Instead...

5. Tip 2: De-Organize
...create 1 archive folder for everything.
You WILL move faster!

6. Tip 3: Reply Faster in Outlook
Forget email templates...
Save them as email signatures instead!
Insert Signature in email and Send!
Don’t have outlook? No problem!

7. Tip 3: Reply Faster in Gmail
Go to Settings Labs…
Look up “Canned Responses” and enable.

8. Tip 4: Delay Delivery In Outlook
(It’s a MUST!)
Need to follow up with someone next week/month?
Write the email NOW

(psst...you can prewrite a series of 5+ emails over a 12 month
period to stay in touch with your network contacts!)
