Definition of leadership 
Leadership can be described as the ability of an individual to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward 
the effectiveness and success of an organization or group of which they are members.
The act of inspiring subordinates to perform and engage in achieving a goal
"Leadership is the ability to help people achieve things they don't think are possible. Leaders are coaches with 
a passion for developing people, not players; they get satisfaction from achieving objectives through 
others. Leaders inspire people through a shared vision and create an environment where people feel valued 
and fulfilled."
The issue: High turnover of Junior 
managing staff
The background
The background for 2014‐2015:
Key reasons:
 Company could not satisfy the expectations of fast track promotions (no practice of horizontal growth)
 The business procedures were not modified, thus the role of Junior Managers was high
 According to HR policies there was no alternatives rather than forced high rotation of staff 
 Average age of specialists is around 27 y.o. – ambitious, result‐oriented, looking for “all and now”
 Limited resources of labor market – lack of experienced professionals who are always in high demand
Despite of global company status, high industrial share and stable sales revenue, the company was continuously facing an 
issue of high staff turnover and seriously harmed work environment assessment by employees.  
The turnover was especially high among junior managing employees.

of different positions and backgrounds;
 Find My own “recipe” with key components and processes for effective leadership to be able to build powerful 
communication at all levels of the Global Organization.
