AO1 – Safe working practices
Report or presentation on Health & Safety which MUST include information on the dangers that each
measure is addressing as well as suggestions on how to address it.
Measures to protect health (such as seating)
Measures to protect physical Safety (PAT Testing, no trailing wires etc)
One measure to protect files from loss (Backup)
One measure to prevent files from unauthorised access (password protection)

AO2 – Searches/Email

2. Explanation of where you got graphics from (should be at least 2 sources, i.e clipart & internet)

1. Your finished spreadsheet with some formatting
2. Your spreadsheet in formula view
3. Your spreadsheet after you changed data – annotated to show changes & results
4. Your spreadsheet after you changed data a second time – annotated to show changes & results
AO6 - Database
1. A printout of your original data
2. A printout after you have changed the data – annotated to show you have deleted, changed &
added a record
3. Screenshot of your query in design view
