    –   Necessary but not
        sufficient condition
●   Qualitative
    –   Inherently subjective
    –   Narratives of           Any specific suite of quantitative
                                service quality targets can not
        customer experience     measure all aspects. Qualitative
                                assessments are required to
                                understand customers.
