This document advertises a 2-day workshop on the foundations of action learning. The workshop aims to teach participants the basic concepts and methodology of action learning, which uses a team coaching approach to solve organizational problems while developing individual and team competencies. Upon completing the workshop, participants will understand action learning coaching and sessions, and will be able to facilitate action learning themselves.
