- find other ways to interact with the customer, it’s not that they don’t want to but because the solutions that are provided were so company centric
- Employees know the company in and out and their knowledge can bring a lot to the organisation in terms of finding solutions , rather than organisation innovation around a small group of people let everyone be part of it. Banks should get out of the comfort zone of letting the employees do what they’ve always done and empower them with the power of creating new solutions.
