IBIN: Catalyzing a movement for
Collaboration and Implementation

Like „TQM‟ in Japan, IBIN will grow as a movement of learning
facilitated by a network of capabilities

• A common language and relevant tools for contexts where better coordination,
  collaboration, and implementation are required
• Tools and techniques include ‘Quality’ tools and social science techniques for dialogue
  and alignment
• Used to identify core issues, design interventions, enlist partners and manage
  implementation
• Some partners with the know-how for these techniques and tools, in India and from
  abroad, are already in the process of being roped in as IBIN partners
