OM Plus at a Glance
 UNIX, Linux, and Windows all use print spoolers at the operating system
level. However, they have many inherent weaknesses:
 Jobs are automatically deleted after delivery making reprints and recovery
impossible.
 The print spooler is not able to communicate with the printing device so there is no
way to confirm that the printing function actually occurred.
 There is no print failover, load balancing or audit trail.
 There is no queue management of devices.

OM Plus FM
 OM Plus FM provides a feature rich device management system including
consumables management, detailed device meters, and device alert
management.
 With OM Plus FM, you can collect important data points, such as
 page counts
 color vs. mono prints
 copies
 scans
 faxes
 errors
 device health
 toner levels
 and much more

How Fleet Management Saves Money
 OM Plus FM can analyze and present this data in easy to use formats. You can use this
data to:
 Present meters and device information including life-counts, color printing mono printing, off
the glass activity and more.
 Provide device profile information including model, make, duty cycle, features, firmware level,
location, keyops, part numbers, and much more.
 Automate the toner replenishment process by detecting customer settable thresholds for
ordering toner.
 Notify the responsible party for replacing toner cartridges at the optimal time in order to
reduce waste.
 Produce consumable order reports with part numbers and vendor data to automate the

OM Plus RM
 OM Plus RM provides an electronic report distribution system at an
affordable price. Reports, scans are captured into the system, indexed
and stored. Users are provided secure access at page level via their
browser.

OM Plus RM Feature Set
 Administrators can add/change/delete specific reports and users through
a simple interface.
 Reports are easily identified and organized through user-definable report
names and categories and arranged in easy-to-navigate folders where
each report generation is individually listed.
 Global and individual report retention parameters can be set for automatic
purge or archival to disk, tape, CD-ROM or optical drives.
 OM Plus RM drastically reduces the time and tremendous costs associated with
paper-based reports and scanned files by eliminating the need for seemingly
endless palettes of paper, large system printers, printer maintenance, file cabinets
