Key Responsibilities
 Prepare the Quotations for Clients
 Prepare the Performa Invoice as per the client’s requirement
 Prepare the Sample Orders for making the Samples in Factory
 Make the Job Order after receiving the Purchase Order from the Client
 Maintain the MIS report.
 Co-ordinate with the Client for Purchase Order through Emails, Calls
 Payment Follow up from the existing clients
 Coordinate with the existing and new clients regarding appointments and rates
 Online Bid on portals like Samsung, LG, Noosh, Airtel, Idea, Reliance, Merino India, Sony
and Nokia
 Follow up the Sales and Marketing Team on a Daily Basis for their Daily Report and
Maintain the Sales Team Data on Excel Sheet
 Maintain the Data on Excel Sheet for New Companies
 Also, work for recruiting employees in Company.
 1 Year working with Shiva Pulp and Paper Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales
Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities
 Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the
distribution of any sales documentation, generating new leads for BDEs to meet and
pitch to clients
 To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries, by telephone, email,
preparing standard responses as required
 Prepares and then follow up on any sakes quotations made for clients, negotiating terms
with the client at a cost best suited for them
 Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and
friendly manner
 To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating with sales
team
 Report the daily/weekly/monthly metrics to the Sales Head
