3. INSTALLATION OF ORACLE VIRTUAL
BOX
After Download Virtual Box
Go To Downloads Folder Then
Install Virtual Box
6. To create a virtual machine we need to
assign the name for our VM and select
the operating system, type and version
like..
Name : ubuntu
Type : linux
Versi0n: ubuntu(64)
7. Create Virtual Hard Disk
File Size
Hard Disk File Type
Storage On Physical
Hard Disk
8. Now click on start
button and launch your
ubuntu virtual machine
9. After the installation of your VM set the
name id and password of your virtual
machine to access the VM operating system
10. Configure The Network For The Nodes In Bridge Mode
And Prove The Reachability Of The VM Nodes With
Ping Command
Now open your ubuntu terminal
And then type ifconfigto check the IP ADDRESS
11. To Configure The Network For The Nodes In
Bridge Mode Just Click On Machine , Choose
Settings
12. AFTER CLICK ON THE SETTINGS CHOOSE
NETWORK
AND SELECT ATTACHED TO OPTION:
Now change the
attached to mode to
bridged adapter
13. NOW OPEN YOUR UBUNTU TERMINALAND TYPE
PING COMMAND TO PROVED THE REACHABILITY
OF THE VM NODES
