CONSENT DEED
THIS DEED OF CONSENT IS MADE AND EXECUTED AT
DENKANIKOTTAI ON THIS 29TH DAY OF JANUARY 2015,
BETWEEN:-
1. Mrs.RATHNAMMA, D/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa
2.Mrs.LAKSHMAMMA @ RANI, D/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa,
are residing at Ullimangalam Village, Denkanikotta Taluk, Krishnagiri
District.
(Hereinafter called the “VENDORS”) First Part of the which term shall
unless the Context otherwise mean and include his heirs, executors,
administrators, legal representatives and assigns on the ONE PART.

1. Mr.N.MUNIVENKATAPPA, S/o Late.Nanjegowdu,
2. Mr.M.MUNISAMIYAPPA, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa,
3. Mr.M.VARADHAPPA, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa,
4. Mr.M.KALASAPPA, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa,
5. Mr.M.NANJAPPA, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa,
6. Mr.M.JANARTHANAN, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa,
all are residing at Ulimangalam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk,
Krishnagiri District, Party of the “Second Part”. (hereinafter called
the “PURCHASERS”) second part of the which term shall unless the
Context otherwise mean and include his heirs, executors,
administrators, legal representatives and assigns on the OTHER
PART.

WHEREAS, the above said, for both vendor no.1 and vendor
No.2 are Daughter and brothers to Purchasers No.7 to 8.
WHEREAS, the schedule mentioned Properties originally belongs
to Party of the first part by way of ancestrally .
AND WHEREAS, the party of the first party's vendor no.1 to 6
executed one Partition deed which is registered at 10.01.2007 in SRO
Denkanikottai ( Regd. Partition Deed Document. No.178/2007 of
Book – 1, at S.R.O Denkanikotta) in below schedule mentioned
properties.
The parties of the first part (Vendor No.1 and Vendor No.2
are not in the Station at the time of the said Partition Deed. The
parties have not signed the Partition Document.
We the parties of the FIRST PART already received our
proportionate share of the partiton proceeds in respect of the Schedule
Mentioned Properties.
The above mentioned properties in the Sale Deed belongs to us
ancestrally means.
Neither Vendor No.1 or Vendor No.2 of us or our successors in
title shall be liable for any civil or criminal proceedings against the
assets contained in the said partition document. Even if the case is
continued, it is worth the assets found in the above document. Party
of the SECOND PART requested us to give us consent in respect of the
above sale deed, now we give full consent to the above said partition
deed, through this Consent Deed.

  • 1. CONSENT DEED THIS DEED OF CONSENT IS MADE AND EXECUTED AT DENKANIKOTTAI ON THIS 29TH DAY OF JANUARY 2015, BETWEEN:- 1. Mrs.RATHNAMMA, D/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa 2.Mrs.LAKSHMAMMA @ RANI, D/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa, are residing at Ullimangalam Village, Denkanikotta Taluk, Krishnagiri District. (Hereinafter called the “VENDORS”) First Part of the which term shall unless the Context otherwise mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns on the ONE PART. -AND- 1. Mr.N.MUNIVENKATAPPA, S/o Late.Nanjegowdu, 2. Mr.M.MUNISAMIYAPPA, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa, 3. Mr.M.VARADHAPPA, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa, 4. Mr.M.KALASAPPA, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa, 5. Mr.M.NANJAPPA, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa, 6. Mr.M.JANARTHANAN, S/o Mr.N.Munivenkatappa, all are residing at Ulimangalam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, Party of the “Second Part”. (hereinafter called the “PURCHASERS”) second part of the which term shall unless the Context otherwise mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns on the OTHER PART.
  • 2. : 2 : WHEREAS, the above said, for both vendor no.1 and vendor No.2 are Daughter and brothers to Purchasers No.7 to 8. WHEREAS, the schedule mentioned Properties originally belongs to Party of the first part by way of ancestrally . AND WHEREAS, the party of the first party's vendor no.1 to 6 executed one Partition deed which is registered at 10.01.2007 in SRO Denkanikottai ( Regd. Partition Deed Document. No.178/2007 of Book – 1, at S.R.O Denkanikotta) in below schedule mentioned properties. The parties of the first part (Vendor No.1 and Vendor No.2 are not in the Station at the time of the said Partition Deed. The parties have not signed the Partition Document. We the parties of the FIRST PART already received our proportionate share of the partiton proceeds in respect of the Schedule Mentioned Properties. The above mentioned properties in the Sale Deed belongs to us ancestrally means. Neither Vendor No.1 or Vendor No.2 of us or our successors in title shall be liable for any civil or criminal proceedings against the assets contained in the said partition document. Even if the case is continued, it is worth the assets found in the above document. Party of the SECOND PART requested us to give us consent in respect of the above sale deed, now we give full consent to the above said partition deed, through this Consent Deed.
