Challenges
 The main challenge is to sustain any programme by improving
the quality both of the services offered and the learning
environment itself. This is a difficult task in view of the limited
funds available for the programme.
 In order to maintain the quality and real impact, there is a need
of constant monitoring at places where program is running,
which becomes a challenge because of the low availability of
funds.
 Also, hiring experts for the flow of the correct teaching was a
challenge due to low funds.
 Training Educationists was one of the main challenge as it was
difficult to negotiate anybody to adopt any new technique of
teaching, when it is already their profession.
 There is also a need to improve the working conditions of
trainers in order to motivate them to undertake their duties
diligently.
Lessons
Learned/
Observations
 There is a need to prepare Post program Sessions i.e. few sessions
(Like Tutorials) after the completion of the program, for those, who
somehow did not understand the tough topics/few of the topics.
 There is also a need to gradually develop a post-learning program
to a level equivalent to that of secondary level. It will help them for
further English Learning.
 There is also a need to establish a mechanism for increasing
awareness and support for Skills development. Community
empowerment through the development of skills and the promotion
of English Learning is one strategy that would enable the country
as a whole to address its social and economic challenges.
 The establishment of Community Learning and Development
Centres has contributed towards sustaining the literacy skills that
learners have acquired.
Future Plans
• Creating and Operating Advance Learning Centers and Smart Mobile
Centers all over Delhi and in other States.
• Expanding other Programs and Operations to the other parts of the
World.
• Deeply engaging with all the slums and villages to convert them into
the Smart Villages and Bridging the Urban-Rural Digital Gaps.
• Deeply engaging with Government to Create Advance Learning labs in
all the Schools and make students Learn with the Highest Possible
Qualitative Technology.
• Enhancing and Continuing the Monitoring and Evaluation activity to
count the Impact and Effectiveness of the IWLB’s Programs.
• Strengthen all Levels of Management for enhancement of
Effectiveness.
• Focusing on Volunteering Management and Internship Program.
• Optimize use of Social Media and other Media tools to create
Awareness and Strengthen the funds path.

This is a difficult task in view of the limited funds available for the programme.  In order to maintain the quality and real impact, there is a need of constant monitoring at places where program is running, which becomes a challenge because of the low availability of funds.  Also, hiring experts for the flow of the correct teaching was a challenge due to low funds.  Training Educationists was one of the main challenge as it was difficult to negotiate anybody to adopt any new technique of teaching, when it is already their profession.  There is also a need to improve the working conditions of trainers in order to motivate them to undertake their duties diligently.

It will help them for further English Learning.  There is also a need to establish a mechanism for increasing awareness and support for Skills development. Community empowerment through the development of skills and the promotion of English Learning is one strategy that would enable the country as a whole to address its social and economic challenges.  The establishment of Community Learning and Development Centres has contributed towards sustaining the literacy skills that learners have acquired.
