Ground breaking technological design allows Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to perform on a vast range of repetitive tasks, the software robots triggers responses and it communicates with other systems just like humans - only more cost effective and substantially more consistent.

Benefits of Robotic Process
Automation (RPA)
Hello, my name is Robyn
You can’t see or meet me as I am a software
robot but I work away just like you. I click,
I login, I search, I type, I copy and I paste.
Some people don’t like me. They think that I
am all hype and that I’m not for them. Then
there are others, the smarter people, who
make friends with me and use me. They find
that I work hard, I am reliable and accurate,
and that I can be of help in reducing costs.
At Procorre, we are good friends with Robyn.
We understand that she’s nothing magical.
She is just intelligent software that can help
you save money and increase efficiency.
What is RPA?
RPA is a software application that replicates
the actions of a human being interacting with
the user interface of a computer system.
RPA can make simple as well as more complex
decisions dependent on criteria set by you
and can be enhanced with cognitive elements
such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Our services are dedicated to helping
you understand and implement
RPA. We have the experience and
expertise to deliver anything from
an RPA assessment, or an RPA proof
of concept, to a large-scale project
or programme that fully implements
RPA in your environment and works
to substantially reduce your costs.
We can also help you build up your
own internal RPA capabilities.
What can automated software robots (RPA)
do for your business?
• Reduce the need for dedicated administrative workers
• Work with staff and make them more productive
• Assist users and train them to do complex tasks
• Improve the customer experience
• Enhance quality
• Develop data validation
• Work with compliance to ensure that the correct procedure is followed
• Log their (the robots) work and provide an audit trail
Robotic Process Automation is configured as a flow of tasks. This is easy for users
to understand and and helps RPA specialists to add complex business logic.

an efficient operation
will magnify the efficiency.

inefficient operation will
magnify the inefficiency.”

A Case Study
A large retail company - A large food retailer with over one hundred thousand employees
was doing a particular task manually. Every week the payroll department received over
three thousand emails containing sickness and absence requests. These were printed and
manually entered into a payroll system.
We were asked to assist and designed an RPA process to read all the emails and
automatically enter the data into the payroll system.
Result - Three Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) were saved and the cost of the project paid back
within nine months. Accuracy of submissions were improved significantly.
