6. Leadership is key
Without a good team of leaders in Singapore to plan for the future of
Singapore, the Marina Bay Sands will not have succeeded and Singapore's
economy growth will not have increased

7. Staying relevant

Nowadays, more and more people like to go to casinos to gamble. So by
staying relevant, the government introduced the Integrated Resorts and this
boosted Singapore's economy.

8. Anticipating changes
The government also knew that by building the Integrated Resorts, some
Singaporeans will protest against it. So the government introduced a $100
entry fee and this discouraged many Singaporeans from going to the Casino

All the companies and workers who helped to build the Marina Bay Sands are
well rewarded, and this will encourage them to come back to Singapore in
the future and work for the government again

By building the Marina Bay Sands, the government opened up more job

their potential and this also reduces the unemployment rate in Singapore
