6. AUDIENCE QUESTION
The X biscuit was created by a London bakery in
1874 to commemorate the marriage of the Grand
Duchess Maria Alexandrovna of Russia to the
Duke of Edinburgh.
It is made with wheat flour, sugar, palm oil or
sunflower oil and is typically vanilla flavoured. It
became popular throughout Europe, especially in

9. 1) UAE Exchange was founded in 1980 in Abu
Dhabi by Indian-born billionaire businessman
B.R. Shetty. This company deals primarily in
remittances, foreign exchange and bill payment
solutions. In 2018, UAE Exchange commenced a
global re-branding of itself to ‘X’ starting with its
retail presence in India, Fiji, Canada and
Australia. Give me ‘X’,
Hint: ‘X’ recently associated itself with something Indians
are crazy about.
11. 2) This company was founded in 1894 in Czech
Republic by Tomas, Antonin and their sister Anna
whose family had been cobblers for generation.
During WW1, the company expanded itself on the
back of increased demand from military. Tomas also
set what became X prices- prices ending in 9 which
