1. Been in teaching field since 2004 teaching
students from the V to the XII. Subjects like
English, Maths, Science, Social &
Computers in Std V – VIII (2004-2007).
Maths / Science in Std IX-X (2007-2010).
Maths in Higher Secondary (Science
Stream) in CBSE/GSEB in Std XI-XII (2010-
2015).
Presently working as principal in Home School
English Medium.
2. Success is a relative term. My success lies
in the success of the students I teach.
Fortunately, many have done extremely well
in their fields. My work in a composite of
challenge with a mission and a vision. It
ultimately should lead to a better and
enlightened society.
3. To be successful the work should speak for
itself. If the feedback from the concerned
people is positive then it is an indicator of
success. To be successful one should have
belief in what one has chose to do.
4. Challenges and hurdles are inevitable on the
path of success. I have introspected the
hurdles and strived for improvement.
Reading has always been a basic tool in
opening new avenues. Training the mind to
be innovative has always come as a
refreshing exercise.
5. Job satisfaction is mostly and internal factor
for me. To achieve what I dreamt of, to
create what I wanted is always a boost to
the confidence.
6. I believe in an opportunity to excel in a field
one has set his goals upon. Implementation
of newer ideas need the right opportunity
and support.
7. If the junior do not work as expected, it
suggests some discrepancy on the part of
the instructor. I usually take up the charge
and demonstrate what and how things are to
be done. Being a teacher, I feel a working
model is easy to emulate.
8. In an organization a subordinate usually has
to follow what the authorities have to say.
Trying to convince an authority is an ardent
task. The best recourse I can take is to
present the matter at the most appropriate
time. Patience is needed to make one see
especially one in authority.
9. My only contribution is to the organization is
to produce skilled and educated people who
in future shall be the backbone of society. To
learn beyond books, to perceive beyond
senses is an art to be developed in the
students.
10. ‘Fear of failure’ best relates to one who
wants to prove himself to others. One that
works for his own satisfaction and growth
doesn’t care much about what others have
to say. I have never encountered such a
situation so far. I follow my own set of ethics.
I find it easier to change the organization
then to change my ethics.
11. The short term vision is to teach the
necessary linguistic and practical skills in
students for better learning. The long term
vision is to be able to create an institution
where a student is inculcated with a habit of
reading, a sense of culture and a spirit of
inquiry.
12. Engineers are the touchstones of creativity.
They need to have divergent thinking and
produce goods, artifacts and infrastructures
that can interlace development with nature.
13. That an engineering student has come to
me for my interview indicates that I have a
fair share of success.
14. My teaching work makes me have concern
for others. The way I teach, the things I
teach should strike a personal chord with the
learner. To make one realize one’s full
potential I have to make see how the work I
do will affect their lives for the better.
15. I came into this profession purely by choice.
I cannot suggest anyone which profession to
choose, it depend on one’s own calling. But I
feel that one who can take up the challenge
of being a teacher has to absorb the
following adage “Eager to learn, destined to
teach.”
