What is HEAT for Cycling? HEAT (Health Economic Assessment Tool) is a tool developed for calculating the economic value of health benefits gained through regular cycling (and walking). This training session was presented by Dr. Randy Rzewnicki, the ECF policy expert on topics of health and physical activity in Helsinki, Finland, on 2 December, 2015.
