Roles & Responsibilities :
Production Planning & Control – Presently Associated with Daily Cum Centralized Planning Cell including responsibilities as :
Conversion of Purchase Orders to Sales Orders, Scrutiny technically & commercially, Modification if required
consultation from Customers, Marketing.
Machine Loading & accordingly delivery commitments to be given to Customers.
Preparation of Work plan Schedules.
Daily Planning of machines & furnaces.
Monitoring the overall production schedules.
Balancing of Wire, Strand & Rope.
Controlling of B-List & reducing Inventory.
Co-ordinations with Sales, Marketing and Customers.
Internal monitoring, discussions of every day plan.
Wire Rod Requirements along with various Inputs monitoring & follow up from different customers/sub customers.
Planning Reports in form of MIS to higher management.
Working as Team Member for TQM, CVM and Deming Award.
Working as Team Member for sustenance of the TPM, Kaizen & ISO Activities.
Learning Knowledge of Scheduler (INFOR).
