12. COURSE STRUCTURE
Mandatory and elective courses
Y1 – mandatory; Y2, Y3 – mandatory + electives
Up to three courses at the same time
Can choose to follow an additional course
Each course lasts six weeks
Five class hours a week
Research work on assignments and class preparation
Exam at the end of the course
Introductory module in the first semester

2. Write a motivation letter in English
3. Attach your diploma or if not yet graduated, your current
term grade transcript
4. General admission: grade average and grade in English at
ECTS level C (Latvian grade 7)
5. Early admission: ECTS level A or B (Latvian grade 10, 9 or
8) if resident and not yet graduated, and general
admission requirements for other applicants
