12. Funding Sources Meet Strategy for Riverfront Development American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is passed by Congress in 2009. In 2009 Vision 2020 organizes Riverfront Committee.

Message: The River provides quality of life opportunities connecting health, fitness, sports management and outdoor activities. Transportation facilitation with adjacent bike paths and a proposed pedestrian walkway can open up intermodal funding sources to enhance the basic project.These are supporting organizations and organizations involved in aspects of design, planning and financing the project.
