Recruitment Process Design - A public company struggled with two dozen
vacancies in their audit department for over a year. They asked Hudson
Gain to audit their recruitment process. Within 60 days of starting the
process assessment we implemented a new recruiting model that filled 21
of the vacancies.
Sales Effectiveness - A buying service was experiencing high employee
turnover and a six month ramp up period for new salesperson hires. We
developed a screening and training program based on their most successful
salespeople. Within a year their employee turnover and ramp up periods
were reduced by 50%.
Leadership Development - A life sciences company was growing faster than
they could grow their high potential leaders. They asked Hudson Gain for
management training. We delivered a custom program that accelerated
leaders’ ability to work across functions, pre-empt and resolve conflict, and
reinforce the company’s mission and financial objectives.
