11. Factors important for the developments of one’s
personality, state with my observation and
realization? {P1b}
• Perception: I always
had a fear of failure
that pulled me back
from doing things. I
realized that only a
winning perception
makes one successful
Mountain or horse
12. • Learning and Knowledge: I used to learn
everything mugging up with out applying it in my
daily life. I realized whatever I have learned
wrongly I have to unlearn and relearn it
• Rationality: I observed that sentiments and
emotions ruled me and I gave up my goal for
pleasure. I realized that instead of being emotional I
should be rational towards my goal.
13. • Attitude: I am a person who
is so uncertain and doubtful
I realized that attitude is
important than fact so I
should develop a positive
attitude.
• Empathy: I never
understood others feelings, I
realized that stepping into
the shoes of others will
glorify your personality.
14. Discussing the above mentioned factors, with
example from our experience during the assignment?
(M1)
Perception
• First I was thinking that the students who are studying inFirst I was thinking that the students who are studying in
deaf n dumb school they are not happy, because there lifedeaf n dumb school they are not happy, because there life
was so boring they cannot talk & listen to someone. Butwas so boring they cannot talk & listen to someone. But
when I went there I found that my perception was wrongwhen I went there I found that my perception was wrong
about them, that they are unhappy . And I feel thatabout them, that they are unhappy . And I feel that
always we have to keep a positive perception ,andalways we have to keep a positive perception ,and
perception is all so a essential part of are personalityperception is all so a essential part of are personality
Ans:- experience which I have taken during the assignment with
examples are:-
15. Learning & knowledge
Journey in Personal development
• I observed a person Mr.muffaddal in a bus while I am
going for my project . He used to read religious
books at most of the time. When I started talking to
him he discussed almost everything about Muslim
community with good knowledge and he was keen to
get the information from me about aviation. I found
the quest in learning and adding knowledge in him.
I realized that learning is weapon and knowledge
is power. It is a growing self-reliant self image. I will
also build up the quest to learn and the gain
knowledge.
16. RATIONALITY : logical thinking
• I observed that my team mate Deepak had a
severe leg sprain at the day we have to visit the
deaf & dumb school. As the visit is pre-planned,
we couldn’t cancel the visit, but he in spite of
his pain joined us by taking the decision
logically.
To be successful in life, some decisions have to
be taken logically and reasonably to win in life.
17. ATTITUDE
I met a gate keeper’s friend named Mr. Suresh at the
deaf & dumb school, who has lost almost everything
in life. He was a successful farmer at the beginning,
but suffered a great loss in agriculture. He was not
ready to find a solution for the failure and blamed the
nature and financial to the govt. for the same.
On hearing the words of the resident, I
realized the influence of attitude, especially the
negative attitude in life. The main route to success
and development , and especially to failure is through
attitude, which I realized can be changed
accordingly.
18. EMPATHY : imaginative experience
• I observed my friend Devendra
talking to an students in deaf &
dumb school, who understands
and react to the speech very
slowly. By observing that he
asked questions & always
waited for their answer
patiently.
I realized that by
empathizing in situations
wherever required, we can
understand people and it would
be a helpful tool for me to
achieve sustained relationships
and there by to success .
My friend Devendra with students.
19. Our statements in a above question to
conditioning? (M2)
Conditioning is the way an individual is
brought up. It is the process by which people
or animal are trained to behave in a
particular way when some situations come
across. We can’t change our past but we can
shape our future by utilizing the present well.
It play’s a important role in our life. To
become a successful person we have to keep
conditioning our self.
20. Effect of conditioning on Perception
when we went to deaf & dumb my perception
was negative I think that the children's are
very innocent because I had seen that people
does sympathy on that kind of children's but
my perception was wrong .I seen that the
children’s are very bold. Then I came to
know about my wrong conditioning & I
changed my self by self conditioning & build
up positive perception.
21. Effect of conditioning on
rationality
During my project I feel that Deepak is a logical
thinking person by giving example above. so, I think
that it may be his good conditioning given by his
mother, relatives &also by good fiends that he has.
Effect of conditioning on
attitude
A negative attitude can be changed & developed to
a positive attitude at any time if the person is willing
to do so. The farmer in a example Mr. Suresh has
negative attitude by his wrong perception & also
because he had face great loss in his life. attitude
formed by family, reference group& different
backgrounds. He has negative attitude because he is
not ready for self conditioning that’s why he is not
22. Conditioning induces development of oneConditioning induces development of one ’’ss

26. If you were given a task to………………………………...in
doing the same?...[M3/D2/D3]
THE PERSON I
OBSERVED
• Name : Mr. Suresh
• Age : 55 yrs
• Occupation : Farmer
• Marital status : Married
• Two daughters, both married.
• & his wife expired last year.
27. Mr. Suresh was so sad when I met him. His
residence was in shujapur. He was living in Indore
from a year. The friend of Suresh told me that Suresh
is a reserved person and he is very much depressed of
what has happened to his life. He was typical farmer
who owned acres of land where he has made every
types of crops in the seasons. He was a happy man
with his family. Every step in his agriculture was
success. He was a socially respected person. The
agricultural sector begin to decline and Suresh
suffered great losses in his work. He could not
accept what has happened to him, his wife’s death,
daughters questioning his activities etc. He blamed
the nature and improper financial aids from govt.
When I met Mr. Suresh, he was mentally disturbed.
He was the shadow of his past.
Reasons for Weaknesses
28. • From this case the factors which Suresh has to
improve. According to my thinking, he should
improve his :
• Perception
• Attitude
• Rationality
• Persistence
• Learning & Knowledge
• Motivation
Things that he has to develop:-
29. • I strongly believe that the reason for Mr. Suresh depressed
personality is due to his lacking of confidence and motivation.
One another reason is lack of support from common people
because his wife was no more & two daughters had been
married . If he had consulted with a person who would have
given guidance to him in his decline, he would not be in such a
situation now.
Threats:-
• The major threat in converting his weakness to his strength is
his willingness to co-operate with the proper guidance given to
him. it will very difficult for me to convince my family to
support me because they thought that I will not concentrate on
my studies and they will not allow me to do what I want to do!!!
Efforts that he can take:-
31. how do you think time management was important for the
activity that you performed and why? while discussing talk
about the barriers that you came across for managing time
effectively and throw light on how you removed the same…….
[P]
I think time management was very important for that activity. We had performed
because if we had not managed the time we didn’t get success in our work & also I
had no schedule of time in my life I can not do my work properly . In project we had
face many problems & barriers that came are Time, likes & dislikes & lack of
discipline.
Time:- There was no time management in our group & this was the biggest
problem we faced while doing the project, but we manage our work.
I think that I am bad time manager & also I have to work hard on it.
32. Likes & dislikes:- In my group there was many likes & dislikes like some
members wanted to do work & some did not want to do work. So we talked upon that we
are in team & we have to perform like a team then only we will get success.
Lack of discipline:- In our group there was lack of discipline but it wasn’t so
big. We had talked & removed it.
removing the above factors
By taking highly urgent task first.
By setting deadlines for highly important tasks to make it my daily routine.
Completing the task within the set time period.
By making schedule to learn new things and develop my natural talents and
abilities
33. How do you think an individual can be a better
planner in terms of time Management, discuss…...
[M1]
The individual can be a better planner in term of time
management if he/she or a team apply these approach:-
Prioritize:- Prioritizing your to-do list helps you and spend
more of your time on the things that really matter to you. Always do
the difficult job first. This will free your time and allow you to spend
time on activities of your interest.
Plan your schedule:- spend some time at the beginning of each
week to plan your schedule. All you need is fifteen to thirty minutes
each week for your planning. At the end of a day, take a review that
what I want to do & what work I had done. It will helps you to
manage time.
34. Put things in writing:- Using a to-do list to write things down
is a great way to take control of your projects and tasks and keep
yourself organized.
Applying all these factors any individual can work properly.
A single person has a goal in life he wants to achieve that goal in
any how. He is self dependent & he has time schedule in his/her life
that’s why an individual can be a better planner.
Set goals/achieve goals:- Make schedule to set your goals. Start
and write down your progress for each goal. Go through your
goal each week to make sure that you are on the right track or not.
35. Study the team that you work with this assignment.
Analyze good time manager and talk about the good
practices you have noticed for efficient time
management. Looking back, please recollect as to how
you could have saved time in completing this project.
How does your approach compare with your teammate’s
approach......?[D1-D2-D3]
Al1 the team member’s were good time manager. first we all were
bad time manager but when we talked about it we all improved
ourselves & became a good time manager. Now we manage our time
according to work we all are sincere to our work, honest, punctual
& regular. We all had good behavior & we had friendly nature, all
were disciplined & by utilizing free & wasted time we completed our
project. All these qualities helped us to complete this project in
given time.
36. Good time manager in our team
• I noticed that during the assignment, my teammate
Deepak, managed the time efficiently.
• He was punctual, arriving the place before 15 minutes.
• He talked politely with the student’s & also given
suggestion that how can we save our time likewise.
37. Comparison on time saving
As I observed that Deepak was the efficient time
manager in our team. I could have managed time
efficiently if:-
I could have been punctual, reaching the place before
10 minutes, as I know the route clearly.
I could have prepared a questionnaire the before day
itself to reduce the time in making it on-time
My approach
My approach was same with my teammates’ approach
because we all were same. We all were good time manager &
we all managed our time very well.
