1.  CASE STUDY – STAMPEDE
 LOCATION - ELPHINSTON STATION FOB
 TIME – 29 SEPT’17 09:30 HRS APPROX.
This is an attempt to find out the reasons and measures in order to
understand/prevent the same incident in future if considered in well
manner.
Please note that this is not a detailed study but the headers are
considered under which detailed study can be carried out to find out
the plan for solution.
Most of the solutions are provided in this case study.
