 Lead SharePoint Developer and Administrator for SharePoint 2016 Upgrade project: Lead this mission critical
project to upgrade existing SharePoint 2010 environment to SharePoint 2016. We had to upgrade not only SharePoint
content database but also custom solution developed in-house. I had to redesign custom master page to make it
responsive in order to display contents on various devices like mobile, tablet and standard desktop browser. The
challenge was to get rid of multi GB analytics db accumulated over several years on each content SharePoint content
database. I developed highly efficient PowerShell script to extract only site content from SharePoint 2010 and migrate
to SharePoint 2016 and leave analytics data on SharePoint 2010 environment itself.
 Lead SharePoint Developer for SharePoint 2016 Search Enhancements: I configured SharePoint 2016 search farm to
optimize the use of search servers and reduce the CPU usages to less than 90%. I also customized the search center
and created custom search verticals, developed display templates and configured custom search refiners. I also made
search center to be compatible with various devices like mobile, tablet & desktop browsers.
 Lead SharePoint Developer for SharePoint Components: I developed many custom SharePoint components like
threaded comments which allowed users to comment on SharePoint publishing page. I also incorporated additional
sign in requirements in this components before user can post a comment on the story. Another Custom application I
developed is custom web site named “CALNOC”, which nursing departments uses for patient medication observation.
This application enables an observer to record the observation while a nurse is providing medicine or performing
prescribed process on patient.

layouts which enabled users to create SharePoint publishing pages using these layouts. I also configured content
migration between SharePoint environments which enabled users to create content in UAT environment and
migrated it to prod environment after approval. I also developed custom timer job to archive the expired pages.
