Responsible for but not limited to performing a wide range of engineering tasks to the Medium and Low Voltage
drives; Successfully Leading the Drives Propulsion Teams.
Wrote the Drive Software for Medium and Low Voltage Drives as well as integrating the systems between the Drive and

time) to the customer.

Successfully Completed the Commissioning of more than 500 Low Voltage Drives.
Successfully Executed the Master & Slave Applications & Achieved the maximum speed at PLTCM & CPL Lines.
Successfully completed the commissioning of Eight 16 MW MV7000 Drives for Tandem Cold Mill.
Achieved the maximum speed of the line to 1200 MPM. Drives training provided to the customer after completing the

Worked alongside the Engineering Department to Procure Motors, Drives & Inverter Selection for TKS Project,
PLTCM& CPL Lines.
Successfully developed new LV7000 Drives with New Application & Design with features of AFE Profibus Driver, CAN
Driver.
Selection of the Parameter Modification, Common DC Link Application.
Worked along side the Drawing Department to Generate the Drawings for the Drives.
Power Tested almost 400 Drives for TKS before Shipping to the site.
Drive Testing Results handed over the the Factory & Customer for the Acceptance Test.

Commissioned DC & AC Drives with Automation System for the re-vamping of the Cold Rolling Mill.
PLC (old version) replaced from S5 PLC to S7-300 PLC and Drives Old Version from 6RA20 drives to 6RA70 (Siemen's
Products)
Successfully Commissioned 2 Aluminium Caster with Mitsubishi new series of PLC and Telemechanic AC drives for
caster trolley and assembly movement.
Replaced all caster temperature controllers and sensors to prepare the caster in Auto Mode.
Implemented the same sequence to All the Casters
Commissioning of the "Shot Blasting" machine completed with one drive 6SE70 which controlled four motors for shot
blaster.
Commissioning of EUROTHERM drive for the Caster Furnace and made it in auto control of the Temperature for
different zones with separate PID controllers.
Commissioning of ROLL GRINDER machine with WNTC drive and GE Fanuc PLC
Worked with Central Engineering cell for various projects to improve production in the plant.

Worked with project team for 20- Hi Cold Rolling Mill used Thyristor controlled DC drives for main and Coilers motors,
Siemens SIMADYN-D used as a control system for automation.
Two coupled separately excited DC motor used for Mill and Coilers drive.
The Motor rating was up to 810V DC and 1500x2 KW
Motor Field controlled from single quadrant Siemens 6RA70 drive used for two coupled motor field in series
Rewinding line commissioned with separate Siemens 6RA70 drives, Field and armature control by same drive unit.

AC Danfoss drive Commissioned for paper winders.
AGC system controlled with hydraulic in two different applications.
12-pulse Drive Thyristor stack used for DC Drives and DBR panels used for the breaking.
After finishing the Commissioning of 20 High Rolling Mill involved in Maintenance to improve the production efficiency
of the rolling Mill.
Worked for revamping of SKIN PASS MILL made reversible by changing the old drives with ABB DCS-500. GE-Fanuc
PLC used as an Automation System for the Skin Pass Mill
Grinding lines used VNTC/WNTC drive and GE FANUC C35-90 series for roll grinders.
Side Trimming Line was Commissioned with ALSPA MICRO-2 and GE FANUC C35-90 Series.
Bright Annealing line was Commissioned with MV1000 & GE FANUC C35-90 Series.
